Troubleshooting
The app won't load or seems stuck
Fully close the app and reopen it. That usually clears a one-off glitch. Because the app works offline, you do not need a connection to use it.
Will I lose my songs and scores?
Your repertoire, scores, tags, and notes are stored on your device. They stay put unless you delete them or uninstall the app. I recommend exporting your list periodically to keep your own backup. Export comes with Full Access.
How do I back up or move my list to a new device?
Use Export in the app to save your list, then import it on the new device. Export comes with Full Access. If you need a hand, email me and I'll walk you through it.
