Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using a Heliotone app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Sections labeled with an app's name apply specifically to that app; all other sections apply to every Heliotone app. Terms for future apps will be added here when those apps are released.

License

Heliotone grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for your own purposes, subject to these terms and to the policies of the app store from which you downloaded the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you create in the app, such as your repertoire, scores, and notes. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of that data.

Reprise: Karaoke Setlist. In-app purchases and paid features

This section applies specifically to Reprise: Karaoke Setlist.

Reprise is a freemium app. You can download and use it for free, with some limits. In the free version, you can add a limited number of songs to your lists. Purchases are optional, and the free version stays usable without them.

Reprise offers the following one-time purchases; none are subscriptions. Full Access removes the limit on saved songs and enables full import and export of your lists. Custom looks (premium visual themes) are individual add-on purchases that require Full Access to activate. Bundles grant Full Access and one custom look in a single purchase. Owning a custom look without Full Access does not activate it until Full Access is purchased.

Current limits and prices are shown in the app, come from your app store, and may change. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective terms, and Heliotone does not process or store your payment card details. Heliotone receives only non-payment confirmation, such as which item was purchased and a purchase or receipt token, used only to deliver, validate, and restore the purchase. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the unlocked features on the devices and accounts the app store permits, and is not a transfer of ownership.

You can restore your purchases through your app store, for example on a new device. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy, not directly by Heliotone. Heliotone may add, change, or discontinue paid features over time.

Disclaimer and liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heliotone is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms over time as our apps evolve. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
